Appointment Info
Hello, and thank you for your interest in booking an appointment! Before you book, there are a couple of things I would like to go over to make sure your experience is enjoyable!
- Please arrive with your hair completely free of any previous style and detangled. If you had braids, please make sure your hair is completely free of knots and ready to shampoo.
- Prices are standard and can increase with the length of your hair.
- The “New Client Experience” is MANDATORY if you are a new client OR if I haven’t serviced you in 6 months or more.
- The services I provide are listed. If you don’t see a service on my menu, it is not a service I provide.
- Absolutely NO extra people or kids unless receiving a service.
Salon Late Policy
- All appointments have a 10 minute grace period, meaning you can only be late 10 minutes. Anything after longer will result in cancellation. I want to provide the best experience for all of my clients and starting late on one client will effect my entire day.
Cancellations/No-Show
- If you have to cancel, you must do so 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. Anything after 24 hours will result a 50% charge of your appointment.
- If you can’t make your appointment, but you do not let me know you would like to cancel, you are then a no call no show client. You will be charged 100% of the service you booked and will not be allowed to book future appointments
